My goal is to help you live joyously pain-free and at ease within your body and mind, by guiding you through the process of awareness, intention, and movement (AIM). Awareness is the first step—it brings you to the “now” moment for valuable self-realizations. Intention gives your awareness wings and a destination. Movement puts your intentions into action—so that you can integrate this new information into every aspect of living, physically, emotionally, spiritually. The posture education and yoga classes I provide are provided in private one-on-one and small group settings. They include a unique blend of functional strength, dynamic posture reeducation, meditative flow, and active rest to help you become posture-rooted. The physical poses and breath meet you wherever you are versus putting your body, breath and mind into a picture perfect pose that does not serve you. While these programs can be modified to make it more challenging, this work is safe and effective.
